We’ve got two rides going this year! Terry Fannon and his great group of volunteer leaders are continuing the Target the Tour Classic rides on Sunday mornings, while Scott Keast is bringing back the Ten Tens (Foundations) rides in the afternoons. The Ten Tens is targeted toward beginner riders, aiming to build aerobic fitness, speed and power in a progressive manner. Starting on April 9, both rides leave from the Ardrossan Rec Centre and aim to gradually increase distances for riders to be able to complete the longer distance rides of the Tour de l’Alberta, which will once again be held in Beaumont.
